ORDER AND PROCESSING

1. Can I place my order by phone?

3. How long does it take for the goods to arrive at my home?

4. Can I check where my order is?

This is possible for packages sent by DHL. In the shipping confirmation, which you will receive by email, you will find a link and a tracking code. Using this tracking code, you can track the status of your shipment under the indicated link. Unfortunately this is not possible for smaller parts sent by envelope.

5. Is my online payment secure?

Your online payment is handled by Payment Service Provider ICEPAY. ICEPAY makes online payment in this webshop possible by offering online payment methods such as iDEAL and PayPal and ICEPAY takes care of the processing of your transaction. The webshop is therefore responsible for the processing of your order and ICEPAY for the processing of your online payment.

RETURNS

1. How is a return of goods handled?

If you want to return an ordered item to us, please contact us. Send us an e-mail to info@wesco-shop.nl or contact us by phone: 010 - 483 28 49. We will then send you an e-mail with the return label attached. Print it out and attach it to the return package. The package - preferably the same package you received, otherwise very well packed to prevent damage - can then be returned to the nearest post office.

2.  How do I get my money back when I return?

The purchase amount will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods. The refund of the purchase price depends on the chosen method of payment.

 

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND NEWSLETTER

1. IMPORTANT REMARK:

Due to a system change to 21.10.2019, all customer accounts must be recreated from this date for data protection reasons. All passwords already assigned will lose their validity. Create a new account and assign a new password.

2.  What advantages do I have with a customer account?

In principle, you can use all the general functions of the shop as a guest without any problems. You do not have to register to place an order. However, as a registered user, you have the advantages of being able to go through the order process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, track the status of your order and store items in your wish list. Register now and benefit from your advantages!

3. What can I do if I forgot my password?

In the registration area you will find the link "Forgot password". As soon as you click it, a field for entering your email address will appear. Enter it and confirm the sending of a new password by clicking on the "Reset password" button. (Please use the same email address as the one you used for registration) We will immediately send you a new password.

 4. How can I change my password?

In order to change your password, you must first log in. You will then find the submenu item "Change password" in your account settings. Enter your old password there and confirm your new password by entering it twice.

 5. How can I change my personal data?

Once you have logged in, you will find your personal data under the sub-item "Update profile". You can change them at any time. To confirm your changes, click on the "Update" button.
